Supervision

I’ve had a rich experience of coaching for the past fifteen years and I’d like to share some of that with other coaches.  I’m a recognized  coaching supervisor, a coach mentor and am the current Chair of COMENSA’s Supervision Committee.

I have been coaching for 18 years. It’s been an adventure meeting fascinating people from all walks of life – from people who influence the shape and form of our society to those who live at the fringes of it – and it’s given me the  satisfaction of being able to be a part of their life’s journey for a while.

Coach Mentoring

If you’re a trained and qualified life and / or business coach and you aspire to the same kind of experience – a full and productive schedule of transformative coaching that generates an income that sustains you while giving you a deep sense of meaning and purpose – I’d like to help you: either to get started or to raise your coaching game.  Sign up for a group coach mentoring session.

Coach mentoring   sessions   cover:

  • Marketing your coaching practice
  • Building your coaching capacity and skill
  • Resourcing yourself as a professional Coach
  • Getting to grips with all the useful coaching tools and models.
  • Generating an income from your coaching
  • Admin systems to keep things smooth

Each session includes a juicy discussion of a case study of a coaching situation.

Coaching supervision:

If you’re looking for a  thoughtful and contemplative opportunity to reflect on your coaching practice, the effectiveness of your coaching and your own personal development as a coach, then join me for either an individual or a group coaching session.

Supervision is an integral component of every effective coach practice..  While some prefer individual supervision sessions, others benefit from the shared learning in a group supervision session. Supervision facilitates your focus on you as professional, you as coach, you as a person.

Supervision and mentoring sessions occur online or, when possible and preferred, in person.

If this is for you, please give me a call to discuss this further.
